Technique Name: The name of the technique.
How does it learned/created: Here is the info of how does your character learned/created this technique.
Type: Offensive, Defensive, Boost, or Support.
Description: Be very descriptive of what the technique does. Multipliers are allowed, though.
Ki Consumpution/Gain: How much ki does it cost/gain. A percentage is needed to prevented overpowered techniques from been used over and over again. If you want to be descriptive, then tell us what was the drawbacks does.
Effects: What effects does it has on stronger, equal, or weaker opponents. If it was defensive, then describe what it does. Same goes for boost and support.
Limits: You can put restrictions that will make the technique more difficult to obtain. A requirement, or something like that. If not, then put N/A.
